Android Auto
The DMH-W4600NEX also features Android Auto, which extends the Android platform into the car in a way thats purpose-built for driving. Android Auto automatically brings you useful information and organizes it into simple cards that appear just when theyre needed.
Its designed to minimize distraction so you can stay focused on the road ahead. Android Auto is compatible with Android phones running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later. Android Auto may not be available on all devices.
Apple CarPlay
The DMH-W4600NEX features Apple CarPlay, the smarter, safer and more fun way to use your iPhone in the car. Apple CarPlay gives iPhone users an incredibly intuitive way to make calls, use Maps, listen to music, and verbally send and listen to messages with just a word or a touch. Apple CarPlay requires iPhone 5 or newer with the latest version of iOS.
Alexa Built-in
The DMH-W4600NEX in-dash receiver features the latest automotive connectivity solutions, including Amazon Alexa Built-in. With Alexa, users can talk to Amazon Alexa directly through the Pioneer DMH-W4600NEX receiver. With Alexa, you can ask to play music via your favorite streaming service like Spotify, hear the news, check the weather, control smart home devices, and more.

iDataLink Maestro
Keep your factory features and expand your level of in-vehicle connectivity with Pioneer NEX and iDatalink Maestro RR. When your DMH-W4600NEX receiver is installed in a compatible vehicle using the iDatalink Maestro RR interface (sold separately), youll be able to enjoy the performance and features of the DMH-W4600NEX receiver plus touchscreen control over key factory audio features.
