With its Class-D amplifier technology, the X502-1 is able to produce a lot of power with excellent sound quality, even with its small stature. Its output coil comes with a magnetic shield, greatly reducing noise while improving sound quality. For its heat management system, it has an extruded aluminum heat sink design, which is highly efficient in dissipating the heat that has build-up from long periods of usage.
Newly Designed Cone
Low frequency output is increased because of a larger cone size. The cutout diameter has remained the same making this feature of the new XR woofers ideal for most vehicles where space is a premium. The XR woofers are ideal for a small sealed box.The newly designed cone features ribbing that adds strength to the cone and minimizes distortion.Our engineers designed a strong magnetic circuit with the purpose of reproducing deep low frequencies. Their efforts employed a large magnet and optimized yoke.
