This 4-channel car amplifier can easily be installed anywhere inside your vehicle as it does not need much space to power up your vehicle’s audio system.

3-Way Protection Circuitry

The JL Audio 400/4 also comes with a 3-way protection circuitry that protects your amplifier from thermal, overload, and short circuit problems. With JL Audio’s NexD Switching Technology, the amplifier can deliver superior power output with reduced distortion. It also has Differential-Balanced Inputs, eliminating noise from your connections and setup.

Powerful Class-D Performance

Thanks to its Class-D amplifier, the JL Audio 400/4 can handle a power output of 75 Watts RMS at 4 ohms and 100 Watts RMS at 2 ohms per channel. It has a signal-to-noise ratio rate of 108 dB and a frequency response of 12 Hz to 22 kHz, which really allows the amplifier to go loud with minimal distortion while still being able to deliver an extensive full-range frequency performance.

Flexible Two-Channel Mode and Enhanced Audio Quality

Although the JL Audio 400/4 is a four-channel amplifier, you can set it in a two-channel mode, allowing you to power up a pair of subwoofers while delivering 200 Watts of continuous power output. Lastly, it has variable high and low-pass filters to filter out unwanted frequencies, resulting in a more defined audio quality while protecting your speakers from blowing off.
