Polypropylene Cone and Rubber Surround
For its 6.5-inch woofer, the JL Audio C3-650 comes with a polypropylene cone and a rubber surround, ensuring that you’d get an accurate bass output while having durability for extended periods of usage, even at cranked volume levels. Thanks to JL Audio’s Elevated Frame Cooling design, it keeps the woofer cool, so you won’t have to worry about any thermal issues.
Silk Tweeter Dome Design
Its 1-inch silk tweeter has a dome design, giving you bright and clear highs with a minimal breakup that perfectly matches the woofer’s low-frequency performance. You can either mount the tweeters on the woofers or install them anywhere inside your vehicle. JL Audio C3-650 also uses ferrofluid cooling, so you won’t have to worry about any overheating issues. With its premium crossovers, not only do you get a more defined audio quality, but it also protects the component system from blowing off.
Power Handling
The JL Audio C3-650 can deliver a continuous power output of 75 Watts and can reach up to 150 Watts of peak power at 4 ohms. With its frequency response of 48 Hz up to 25 kHz and sensitivity rate of 90 dB, it allows the component system to provide you with an extensive full-range frequency performance while being able to go loud with minimal distortion.
