Proprietary, shallow-profile woofer

The 8″ (200mm) woofer in the BassPro SL2 is designed specifically to provide low distortion and great bass performance in an ABS enclosure with a remarkably compact footprint.

Crossover control

A manual crossover control (50Hz 120Hz) lets you adjust how much upper bass and mid-bass the BassPro SL2 produces. Fine-tune the crossover to achieve a smooth transition from the BassPro SL2 to the rest of the systems speakers.

Easily Fits Under the Car Seat

A self-powered subwoofer that easily fits under the front seat of various vehicles, delivering deep, rich bass to enhance your current audio setup. Equipped with an 8″ shallow-profile woofer in a custom-tuned enclosure, it’s powered by a robust Class D digital amplifier, ensuring remarkable performance. With onboard fully variable crossover and Bass EQ controls, the BassPro SL2 can be fine-tuned to match your system perfectly.

Line- and high-level inputs

For added installation flexibility, the BassPro SL2 features both line- and high-level inputs. If you use the high-level inputs to connect the BassPro SL2 to the head unit, an input load switch lets you switch from Low to High to achieve optimum results.

Wired, remote level control capability

The BassPro SL2 is compatible with the JBL GTO-RBC included, which enables you to control the bass level remotely.

  • Phase: A two position switch (0 or 180) allows the subwoofer’s phase to easily be inverted .
  • Level: A rotary knob adjusts the input signal level.
  • Input Load: Used in conjunction with the speaker-level inputs, this 2-postition switch (High/Low) can be set to provide the lowest amount of noise with a high-level input signal. Generally, this will be set to the High position for most factory radios.
  • Power LED: Lights to indicate unit is powered on.
  • Protect LED: Lights to indicate a fault or short-circuit.
