Accurate High-frequency Performance

Designed to be integrated with your existing Focal Universal speakers system, the Focal TWU 1.5 comes with an audiophile-quality sound with accurate high-frequency performance. It also has four different mounting options to install on your car: surface, flush, factory location, and on an angled stand. These options make them very easy to install anywhere on your vehicle.

Made of Aluminum and Magnesium

The Focal TWU 1.5 has an inverted dome tweeter made of aluminum and magnesium, giving it the ability to produce high frequencies at an extended range with better clarity and definition that every audiophile would love. It also has an impressive soundstage, making the tweeter’s sweet spot less relevant.

Has a Poron Suspension

Based on Focal’s renowned Beryllium tweeters, the TWU 1.5 has a Poron suspension, a material that is known for having a shape memory. Focal’s suspension method of using Beryllium helps the Focal TWU 1.5 in reducing the distortion, especially on those frequency ranges where the human ear has its greatest sensitivities.

Can Go Loud Without Distortion

The tweeter can handle a power output of 15 Watts RMS and can reach up to 100 Watts of peak power. Its sensitivity rate of 94 dB and its frequency response of 4 up to 20 kHz tells that this tweeter can go loud without distortion for a long time while producing an extended high-frequency performance at very high accuracy.
