For our cones, this flexible material ensures durable, high-quality speakers.

Elasticity Redefined

Rubber, a synthetic material, is valued for its chemical inertness, air impermeability, and weather resistance. It finds diverse uses, from sports equipment and automotive parts to the medical field. We employ it in speaker Surrounds, which link the cone to the basket. Interestingly, chewing gum’s elasticity comes from food-grade rubber, similar to the durability of our Rubber Surround in speakers.
