Concentric Coaxial Tweeter

APX 4 features a concentric coaxial tweeter: with one single point of sound emission it is possible to obtain a consistent in-phase response, with consequent reconstruction of the acoustic scene comparable to a system of separate woofer + tweeter. The 4 cones surround features the exclusive shallow Triple Wave profile, for maximum excursion linearity.

The concentric coaxial tweeter integrates seamlessly within the woofer, emitting sound from a single point for consistent phase response and precise sound staging. With a 32 mm copper voice coil, water-repellent paper cone, and TPU suspension for maximum linearity, it’s designed for high power handling and low-frequency control. The compact basket, abrasion-resistant coating, and fast-on terminal with double contact points ensure durability and easy installation. Developed with KLIPPEL, this speaker system delivers advanced features for optimal audio performance.
