Solokon Polypropylene Cone

The Kicker 48CWRT124 is equipped with a SoloKon polypropylene cone and a rubber surround to provide massive but accurate low-frequency performance with reduced noise at high volume levels. These materials are also famous for their robustness to withstand the stress from the constant production of solid vibrations from the subwoofer for long hours.

High Efficiency in Absorbing Heat

Aside from its large vents, it also has the renowned Kicker UniPlate, which is known for its high efficiency in absorbing heat build-up from long hours of use, especially at near-maximum volume levels. The Kicker 48CWRT124 uses its in-house Forced-Air Cooling technology to keep the subwoofer 20 percent cooler than other subwoofers.

Loud and Extensive Bass Response

The Kicker 48CWRT124 can handle a power output of 500 Watts RMS to a peak power of 1,000 Watts at a 4-ohm impedance. It has a sensitivity rate of 85.5 dB and a frequency response of 25 to 500 Hz, allowing it to deliver a loud and extensive bass response with minimal distortion at near-pear volume levels.
